First Half Report
The movie “Manamey,” starring Sharwanand as the hero and Kriti Shetty as the heroine, was released today. The cinematography has been top-notch from the start, providing very impressive visuals. Situational comedy works really well, and Sharwanand showcases excellent timing, something he hasn’t done in many recent movies. The emotional scenes are well-executed, and the interval is impactful. Overall, the first half of the movie is good.
Second Half Report
Director Sriram Aditya has handled the second half well, although some scenes resemble those in “Hi Nanna.” A few emotional moments work, but there are some dragged-out and boring parts. The preachy climax appeals to some sections of the audience, while others did not like it. Overall, the director delivered a decent movie. A huge plus is the cinematography, with Gnana Shekar and Vishnu Sarma serving as the backbone of the film.
